Will Incorporate Remediation Services And Technology Solutions Into CompliancePoint’s Information Security Practice Group

DULUTH, GA – June 9, 2011 – CompliancePoint, a PossibleNOW company, announces that it has completed the acquisition of Atlanta-based InfoSec Integrators, Inc. The company’s principals, Charles Burke and Bill Schmidt, will help lead CompliancePoint’s Information Security practice group which provides a wide range of technology solutions, information security, and risk management consulting services including payment card industry (PCI) certifications. InfoSec Integrator’s team of technical resources will be used to augment CompliancePoint consulting engagements.

The application is an essential component in ensuring data security and compliance with regulations such as HIPAA and PCI.
