PossibleNOW Acquires T3i; Incorporates T3i’s Information Security Compliance Practice Into Its CompliancePoint Subsidiary

DULUTH, GA – September 10, 2010 – PossibleNOW, the leading provider of compliance solutions and services for direct marketers, announced that it has completed the acquisition of T3i, a Georgia-based provider of information security compliance services, including PCI (Payment Card Industry) certifications. The combined company will be based at PossibleNOW’s offices in Duluth, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

T3i will become the Information Security Compliance practice within CompliancePoint, a PossibleNOW subsidiary that focuses on compliance with direct marketing regulations. T3i’s expertise in information security compliance and PCI certification will enable CompliancePoint to broaden and strengthen its consulting, audit and training services.

CompliancePoint currently provides consulting and audit services that enable direct marketing organizations to comply with local, national and international consumer privacy preference regulations including Do Not Call laws, and to establish a “safe harbor” position. CompliancePoint consulting services include compliance audits, written guidelines development, call center and vendor certification programs, ongoing monitoring and enforcement programs, and training program design and delivery.

With the addition of T3i, CompliancePoint will expand its offerings to include information security risk assessments, PCI certification and remediation services, HIPAA assessments, network penetration testing, information security training, and SAS 70 and SOX-404 consulting.

Jerry Wyble, the Chief Executive Officer of T3i, joins CompliancePoint as the Vice President and Practice Manager of the Information Security Practice. The entire T3i staff will also be incorporated into the practice.

The staff also holds numerous prestigious credentials including Certified Information Systems Security Professional which is considered one of the premiere security certifications, Certified Information Security Manager, PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), Payment Application PCI Qualified Security Assessor (PA-QSA), and certified TG-3 auditors. CompliancePoint staff members also hold the certified auditor designation from the Self-Regulatory Organization of the American Teleservices Association.
