PossibleNOW Introduces DNCSolution v10

New version of flagship do not contact application includes key enhancements to user interface, new security, and consent features

Atlanta, Ga. – May 11, 2016 – PossibleNOW, the leading provider of customer engagement and enterprise preference management solutions, today announced significant enhancements to DNCSolution®, its cloud-based do not contact application that helps marketers ensure compliance with current consumer privacy rules and regulations. Released to new and existing customers as version 10 of the industry-leading platform, the enhancements create a more intuitive look and feel.

The new DNCSolution offers key enhancements to existing features including easier navigation with access to all functionality without the need to switch by user level (Admin, Manager, Agent), a more intuitive “tree view” structure for ease of use, and color-coded channels (call, email, mail, fax) for a clear visual indicator of which channel is in use.

DNCSolution v10 also introduces important optional new features, including:

  • Users can store express consent data in a DNC filter;
  • Users that leverage DNCSolution in conjunction with MyPreferences, PossibleNOW’s enterprise preference management solution, can collect express written consent to call a consumer on a mobile device using an automated dialer;
  • Users can identify plaintiffs and attorneys who have previously been involved in multiple lawsuits, or who were identified as professional plaintiffs in individual or class action lawsuits;
  • Users can scrub Canadian email addresses and phone numbers against a list of possible business relationships to determine whether a marketer can reach out to a contact.
